It doesn’t actually break down what this specifically means. The narrative from democrats at the time is that the Russian government spread misinformation on social media to change hearts and minds. What this poll actually doesn’t address is the specific question that Russia influenced the vote count itself. Get back to me with that poll because otherwise it’s stupid to compare it to the specific narrative the the vote count was tampered with in 2020. That’s the bullshit you can expect with Rasmussen.
