Of course The Diary of Anne Frank was never directly about imprisonment, murder and death camps. How could it be?

This may come as a shock to you, but the Nazis did not permit teenage girls to keep diaries in their death camps.

Plus, she was kinda busy dying of overwork and disease and watching her older sister die in front of her.

And the scene in question was simply Anne asking a friend to compare breasts(not “genitals”). Her friend said no. No impressionable teenagers were exposed to (gasp) cartoon drawings of boobies.

And even if she did, students at that age should be able to read or hear the entire book.

The holocaust absolutely should be taught in school in all aspects; how it happened, who perpetrated it and who suffered because of it, why it was allowed to happen, what all it entailed, etc. However, one teenager's thoughts about her body and the bodies of others can be read on your own time.

If you read the real Diary, nothing of the kind is in it.

i can not not believe the ignorance here. the common edited version is what you already with pages removed. the refined edition is with paged put in some years later was published. yes she did right that in her original journal and was left out for awhile. the artist who did comic quoted from the refined edition. this is what you get from people who never read or research. dopes. people are so imature.
