No death penalty it is against Christianity.

This is the message of Jesus…. we’re not the eye for an eye thing.

If somebody is against abortion, they should be against the death penalty too. All life matters. And there you go.

If we sentence somebody to death in America they are on death Row for 35 or 50 years anyways, and it cost millions of dollars. Executions will not be brought in just wishful thinking. It was kind of things only happened in places like ISIL land or maybe the Taliban?

In all seriousness, it makes no sense to be a Christian and be gleeful and wish for the death of somebody even if they’re a hard-core criminal. Christians don’t act like that it’s barbaric.


On the other hand it’s a different story If somebody is attacking you or trying to rob your home. Of course people have a right to defend themselves if that is the case.

But if a criminal is arrested, let’s not have a death penalty. That is not the message of Jesus.

Eye for an eye wasn’t a prescription for justice, it was a limitation on justice. The punishment should not exceed the offense.

The death penalty is a judgement of one’s actions. Abortion is committed against the most innocent and defenseless in society.
