The Democrats white man problem

1. The Democrats do NOT have a "white man problem."

2. The Democrats in the long run could not care less about the voting patterns of Caucasian men.

a. The Democrats know very well that all population experts tell us that within 30 years or so, Caucasian Americans will drop below 50% of the population.

b. By the end of the century, who knows how low the percentage will be.

3. Democrats are very intelligent people. They know that President Trump is only a bump on the Democratic road to becoming the sole political party in the United States of America.

a. I personally agree with Democratic activists who say that the election of President Trump was the last hurrah of the current majority ethnicity.

4. Nothing can change the dramatic shift in the population profile of this nation.

5. The future belongs to the Democrats and the emerging new majority ethnicity.

a. As good sports, we should all congratulate them.

b. Hopefully, their policies will be good for our country (although I personally doubt it).

I mean........after all, an admitted Socialist almost won the nomination for that party, so the ruins of this country are right around the corner unless we fight for it's survival.

I owned and rented nearly 60 SFR’s in the Riverside / San Bernardino areas at one point...I’ve been offing the low end properties because the only potential renters are filthy wetback families of eleven with four pit bulls. The ruin every square inch of the property, stop paying rent and squat until I can get a court order to remove them. Then I have no legal recourse as they’re illegal and technically do not exist. FUCK WETBACKS!

I've been doing this for about 25 years. My experience is that you have no idea who you are renting to until they actually move in. There is no guaranteed criteria that makes a good renter.

I've rented to people who were very high risk; low paying jobs, or otherwise no rental history. Many of them turned out to be my best tenants. On the other hand, I've rented to people with a history and good income, and they ended up being my worst tenants.

It dozens't matter what the race is, it matters who the people are. The only exception to that are female tenants who live alone and are constantly calling you for everything from replacing a lightbulb to replacing a smoke detector battery. They won't even change a furnace filter.
