Again, your opening post and the link you referenced concerned only the Democrat primaries. Nevada's representation at the convention is 36 delegates out of a total greater than 3900.

I'm not going to go around in circles with you on this.

The fact of the matter is the Heritage Foundation is ready to challenge any attempt to remove Old Man Winter of Death from the ballot in multiple states, due to their election laws.

And the basis for this is it's too.....fucking.....late.

But it will invite inevitable legal challenges that, frankly, the Demo party may not have the requisite time to deal with right now.

What with the convention being 7 weeks away, and the election being in four months.

If they were going to do this, it should have happened last year at the latest for it to be a smooth transition.
