The GOP may create a health crisis in Hospitals when they repeal the ACA

Sounds like the problem is just in your state. I have Anthem Blue Cross Medicaid in Ky and have not had a single problem seeing a single doctor the entire time. None. I've had more problems finding a dentist that accepts it than a doctor.

MediCAID is not ObamaCare. They tore up my group insurance that I had thru a Prof. Org for 22 years as a self-employed consultant to create ObamaCare. The burden in O-Care is largely on the self-employed and the middle class who work for small biz. Those folks who plans were destroyed in order to fix an 8 to 10% uninsured problem.. That problem SHOULD have been fixed by expanding MediCaid, but the Dems decided to HIDE the increased bill for MediCaid by REDISTRIBUTING PREMIUM payments in the pools and exchanges. Those skyrocketing premiums seen in MOST states are the direct result of very poor socialist design..

Who tore it up?

Professional Groups like engineers, lawyers, veterinarians had a lot of coverage. They were effective pools. ObamaCare OUTLAWED these groups. And then the HHS started writing WAIVERS to their favorite groups like Unions, and AARP who helped to propagandize for the passage of ACA..

MILLIONS of folks in these professional group pools that got tossed out right at the beginning of O-Care..

Were there certain qualifications for being in a pool? Besides working in the same profession?

Yes paid up membership in the Professional Society. Like the Amer. Chem Society, IEEE or the Amer. Veterinary Assoc.
Health Care Exchange | ACS Insurance

is this no longer applicable. This is the ACS. I have not checked the others. I meant age limits, medical questions, such as pre existing conditions, etc?

it sure as hell was better for me.

Yep, that ^^^ is the thinking of a callous conservative, "I got mine, fuck the rest of you".

Well, actually he is not responsible for anyone other than himself and his family.

True, and yet many Americans do not hold the needy as lazy or corrupt; most of us are not callous to the needs of others.

What then do you personally do of your ownself to help them with their medical bills?

I pay my taxes which fund the county hospital system which is the most costly county agency in the county, and I vote for projects and people who hold the same values I have - do unto others as ....!

Well, I submit that the individual you are berating does exactly the same thing as you are doing. Almost all of us do.

Butt hurt because the man is saving jobs and getting commitments from companies to hire even before he takes office?

Your parroting lies. He's lost more jobs than he's saved. Now, back to your regularly scheduled programing.

A 50,000 job commitment from the Japanese bank? 10,000 job commitment from US Steel Corp? About a thousand jobs to remain at Carrier? Apple considering manufacturing here? All that and the man hasn't even taken office. Where has Obama been?

Will his org continue to buy steel from China? A lot of talk about plans that were already in the works.

I have no idea. I'm certain a lot of folks will be happy to have a job in that industry. I would say with US Steel opting to hire 10,000 people, the reduction in their operational and manufacturing costs probably would make them competitive with chinese manufactured steel.

The 50,000 job deal from Soft Bank was already in the works before talking to Trump, another "Ford" celebration for Trump. Carrier deal was a net loss of 400 jobs. Apple "considering" manufacturing here? We'll see. I haven't heard the U.S. Steel deal, but who would make a deal with a guy that bought China steel to make his building?

Obama has created 2.25 MILLION new jobs in the last 12 months. 2.25 MILLION new jobs. That's 2.25 MILLION new jobs. Did you hear that? 2.25 MILLION new jobs.

Obama couldn't save the Carrier jobs... he didn't have Mike Pence in his pocket to give the tax breaks from the state of Indiana numbnuts. Why didn't Mike Pence save the Carrier jobs before Trump got involved? And Trump lost a net 400 jobs.

Soft Bank already had a deal in place to spend up to $100 billion dollars in the U.S. Have you even read the article about this? Do you REALLY think a company makes a decision to invest $50 billion and create 50,000 jobs in less than a month? If you do then you have no idea how big business works.

Wait... Obama didn't create those jobs? Ok... he's President isn't he? I love how you want to give Trump credit for everything that happens, and add the caveat that he isn't even in office yet, and then NOT give Obama credit when he is in office. You're drunk. :alcoholic:

Please tell us exactly what Obama did to create these jobs you claim he created? Please be specific. I certainly do know a little about how business works since I ran a corporation for over thirty-five years. Obama has hurt business by saddling them with a myraid of senseless regulations. Trump has reached out to these companies instead of claiming he could do nothing.

Of course he stated it. Trump is going to over ride the ruling that Sprint and T-Mobile couldn't merge. The truth is... and was reported awhile back, they already had plans in place to invest between $25-$100 billion. This is a fact. It was previously reported. It is verifiable.

Damn straight he's a liar to say that after his meeting with Trump. Here's the article form October, BEFORE the election.

Saudi Arabia and Japan's Softbank launch $100 billion tech fund

Hospitals: GOP may create 'an unprecedented public health crisis'

But the GOP is the GOP is the GOP. Their constituents are wealthy enough that they don't really care.

You know what IS causing a hospital crisis in Tenn right NOW ???????? ObamaCare. BlueCross which had 80% of the pool -- just skidaddled. Out of it. The 2 companies left are taking advantage of the survivors. Picking them off like ants. So 3 out of 6 major hospitals in Nashville are NOT on the preferred provider list for the 2 companies. I called the one hospital I LIKE that is not on either provider list.. Asked the director of patient insurance how they were gonna get paid next year.

It was a "Hell if I know" type of answer.. That's IMMINENT disaster. Folks may start dying in the streets type of disaster. Hospitals may be laying folks off or closing..

TN did not expand Medicaid. That is part of the problem. Fought it and messed up. Listening to the Republicans during their debates and then Trump, I'd probably leave the state as well. That is why the ACA is not working as plan , the states that refused to expand Medicaid and BCBS is in every state. The Pubs have no plan, and they hate that Pres. Obama got one and passed it.
Well... New Mexico did expand Medicaid. And UHC,BCBS and Pres all left the exchange. It was either drop out or layoff.

The Feds kept backing out of their federal funding promises.

Did you actually read your piece? I saw nothing at all about them investing $100 Million or bilion dollars in the United States. It ain't there, Sport. You article doesn't say what you claim it says.
