The left has embraced fascism in its purest form

Fascism has a lot more to it, and comes only from the political right, but whatever. You like the word.
Fascism is a means to an end. It could just as easily be used by the left as the right.

Mussolini himself made up the word, and he defined it as “corporatism”. He was also a life long radical leftwing socialist, he simply adopted the “nationalism” stuff to get popularity he could never achieve otherwise.

Today the modern left is completely in with Corporate fascism, most large corporations are terrified of being called “racist” so they support Marxist movements like BLM. Virtually all big tech companies are run by radical leftwingers who use their platforms to censor conservatives. Today a person’s life can be ruined by this front of corporations, we’ve seen them ban people from speaking, shutdown financial accounts, get people fired from their jobs simply for expressing an opinion outside of work, it’s all been done by corporations. These are all things the leftwing government cannot do, but corporations can. That is textbook fascism.

Why would the party that has embraced fascism in its purest form suddenly feign concern for the "end" of democracy?
They are not worried about 2 million foreign nationals crashing the border in a single year, without vaccinations during a pandemic. Yet it seems insurrectionary for a government simply to nullify its own immigration laws.
The reason is clear:
What then is behind this new left-wing hysteria about the supposed looming end of democracy?

It is quite simple. The left expects to lose power over the next two years—both because of the way it gained and used it, and because of its radical, top-down agendas that never had any public support.
The left looooves a totalitarian government....until they are no longer the one's controlling it.

The fascist Democrats are committed to the end of democracy in the United States (and around the world).

Somewhere along the line, they lost the ability to discern any distinction between wild hyperbole and fundamental reality.

Virtually everything is 100% for them. Nuance and complexity confuse and confound them. Don't agree with them, and you're a pure commie or a pure fascist. Or, somehow, both.

There are no colors or shades in their worlds, only stark, simple, shallow black and white.
I find you pretense that you understand nuance and complexity utterly hilarious.

Well, I'll push back on this, again: That's not what fascism is. You're talking about intolerance, maybe autocracy or authoritarianism. Fascism has a lot more to it, and comes only from the political right, but whatever. You like the word.

This is not the first time Sarah Silverman has criticized the left for being too judgy. She had a show a while ago, I forget the name, where she just spoke to people from the right wing; not necessarily about politics, but just about regular life things, and it was brilliant. The point she made was that the best way for people from the left (such as herself) to get through to people from the right is not to accuse and insult and attack and degrade and all that, but just to see them as humans and let them see you as the same. I wish more people would do that.

So yeah, I understand her saying that the close-mindedness and intolerance "doesn't feel very liberal" to her. That is an issue in the liberal world these days.

Fascism definitely does not come from the right, which believes in the free market and limited government. Fascists like you support socialism and big government.

since the right is both racist and nationalist. Fascism has to come from the right because fascist are also both racist and nationalist. Take for example Hitler, both anti-jew and anti-marxist. Another example is in Umberto's 14 common features of fascism, especially feature #5, "fear of difference". And finally, fascism is anti-democratic; who is currently suppressing voters?

There's nothing inherently right-wing about nationalism or racism. The left-right paradigm is a measure of how much you believe in socialism, and nothing more.

Umberto is not the original author of your 14 points. An Canadian marketing executive invented them, and they are total bullshit.

You're welcome to man up, for a change, and toss out a few issues as examples, and we'll find out. You pick: Economics, Race, Abortion, Immigration, Health Care, you name it. Let's see which one of us has a grip on the nuance and complexity of the issues.

Back up your words, boy. THIS is gonna be EASY. But we both know you don't have the balls to do that, don't we?

You. Always. Run. "I find that utterly hilarious".

Hate to break it to you but one can't be communist and fascist at the same time. Do some research on the 1930s Spanish Civil War.

Actually, reference Benito Mussolini, not Hitler.

American liberals are at a crossroads as to which totalitarian system they want more. AOC, Comrade Bernie, and friends want Stalinist communism. Pelosi and the get rich liberal crowd want fascism. At the moment it's acceptable to consider them both, until their own infighting decides the issue.

Mussolini was the original operative Fascist. He came up with 14 points to take over Italy. Before Jan6th, Rump had 12 of those taken care of or was well on his way to taking all 14. But two stood in his way, the Military and Congress. The Constitution and the UCMJ were written to prevent the last 2.

Fourteen Points of Fascism

1. Powerful and Continuing Nationalism

Fascist regimes tend to make constant use of patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs, and other paraphernalia. Flags are seen everywhere, as are flag symbols on clothing and in public displays.

2. Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights

Because of fear of enemies and the need for security, the people in fascist regimes are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of \u201cneed.\u201d The people tend to look the other way or even approve of torture, summary executions, assassinations, long incarcerations of prisoners, etc.

3. Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause

The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial, ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists, etc.

4. Supremacy of the Military

Even when there are widespread domestic problems, the military is given a disproportionate amount of government funding, and the domestic agenda is neglected. Soldiers and military service are glamorized.

5. Rampant Sexism

The governments of fascist nations tend to be almost exclusively male-dominated. Under fascist regimes, traditional gender roles are made more rigid. Opposition to abortion is high, as is homophobia and anti-gay legislation and national policy.

6. Controlled Mass Media

Sometimes the media are directly controlled by the government, but in other cases, the media are indirectly controlled by government regulation, or sympathetic media spokespeople and executives. Censorship, especially in war time, is very common.

7. Obsession with National Security

Fear is used as a motivational tool by the government over the masses.

8. Religion and Government are Intertwined

Governments in fascist nations tend to use the most common religion in the nation as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric and terminology is common from government leaders, even when the major tenets of the religion are diametrically opposed to the government's policies or actions.

9. Corporate Power is Protected

The industrial and business aristocracy of a fascist nation often are the ones who put the government leaders into power, creating a mutually beneficial business/government relationship and power elite.

10. Labor Power is Suppressed

Because the organizing power of labor is the only real threat to a fascist government, labor unions are either eliminated entirely, or are severely suppressed.

11. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts

Fascist nations tend to promote and tolerate open hostility to higher education, and academia. It is not uncommon for professors and other academics to be censored or even arrested. Free _expression in the arts is openly attacked, and governments often refuse to fund the arts.

12. Obsession with Crime and Punishment

Under fascist regimes, the police are given almost limitless power to enforce laws. The people are often willing to overlook police abuses and even forego civil liberties in the name of patriotism. There is often a national police force with virtually unlimited power in fascist nations

13. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption

Fascist regimes almost always are governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect their friends from accountability. It is not uncommon in fascist regimes for national resources and even treasures to be appropriated or even outright stolen by government leaders.

14. Fraudulent Elections

Sometimes elections in fascist nations are a complete sham. Other times elections are manipulated by smear campaigns against or even assassination of opposition candidates, use of legislation to control voting numbers or political district boundaries, and manipulation of the media. Fascist nations also typically use their judiciaries to manipulate or control elections.

with the murder of Giacomo Matteotti, the nationalists came to power.
Both Federzoni and Rocco were nationalists and opposed to liberalism.
Federzoni started out as a Nationalist but he changed to Fascism. He and his organization called itself Nationalist but when Mussolini defined a working Fascist Government, they learned that they were actually Fascists and began calling themselves such. Both helped to found and run the National Fascist Party You can pin National onto anything but the NFP is what Mussolini used to gain his power. I suggest you study up on the Spanish Civil War where the Socialists fought the Fascists and the Fascists won.

So are you Democrats Fascists or Communists...

You can't call them both without looking stupid...

Why don't you call them Anarchists and Libertarians as well, they are all meaningless to you... You have just shown yourself to be completely fucking clueless...
