Does losing a penis make one less masculine? Whole military special forces and armies had either no penis or no "balls" and were considered among the more fierce warriors.
Why does it bother you?
Nice strawman. In case you forgot, this thread is about drugging children with carcinogenic hormones to soften their already troubled minds to eventually "choose" (with chemical coercion no less) to have their healthy organs amputated. By MDs no less.
As I said before, if you're so cock-sure that these practices are defensible, then you won't mind erring on the side of caution where children are involved, following federal law that requires the reporting of MDs or anyone else for child abuse, and then letting those culpable defend themselves before a jury. If your "facts" are so solid, the jury will have no choice but to find in your favor.
However, that pesky little waiver the MDs make people sign before hormones or surgery that says "you realize this won't actually change your gender" is going to present monumental problems for the defense. I suggest you get on that ASAP. There will be a lawsuit soon. You'd better have your ducks in a row before that happens. And, the APA ain't gonna save you. The laws on child abuse apply to EVERY SINGLE PERSON within the US borders...regardless of their degree or position. Otherwise, therapists could rape children in their office and get away with it "because they're important credentialed people". It will be determined 1. "in any venue by anyone, is this child abuse?" If the answer is "yes", then no person is safe from prosecution.
Go back the transplants and mutilating organs part that I was responding to
