The strongest part of the government’s case seems to be this alleged audio recording of Trump discussing some allegedly not declassified document. But that comes with the baggage of context which we haven’t seen.

There's no context. He admitted being in possession of classified materials, which is a federal felony crime. Furthermore, there are also witnesses who will testify to that effect, so there's corroboration of evidence and testimony

The best Trump can hope for is nullification, because the evidence clearly points to guilt according to the letter of the law.
