The economy was getting better, until the GOP took the House back in 2010, then they stopped all the positive changes.

Face it, the one period of time in most of our lifetimes that the GOP held unified power in DC is seen, quite justifiably, as an unmitigated disaster of domestic policy mistakes and foreign policy clusterf___s.

The failures of the Bush Presidency was used against the GOP in two Presidential elections in a row to keep the GOP out of the White House, and reminding the voters of the Bush Flopped Presidency will coast Hillary in 1600 Penn in 2016.

If you insist on pushing that bullshit talking point, it's obvious you don't want to have an intelligent conversation on this subject.

The middle class was created from New Deal projects that funded the building of roads, bridges, dams, housing tracts, etc, that got Americans back to work by creating jobs. And as a result, we had 70 straight years of economic growth until Reagan, Bush41 and Bush43 fucked the whole thing up with their tax cuts for the rich.
