Reminds me of a Christian evangelist who was talking with an Islamic Imam. They were discussing how all these Islamic groups were killing and slaughtering each other, and how the cycle of violence would never end. Your father killed my grand dad. Well your brother killed my uncle. Well you killed my brother. And now we're going to kill each other, and our children will kill each other, and our grand children will kill each other.

At the very end, the Christian asked does not Islam though, also teach forgiveness just like Christianity? The Islamic Imam leaned back in his chair, and said "Yes, but only those that deserve it".
