The second nurse airlifted to Emory you aren't going to believe your eyes

The jetliner the second nurse rode on has been isolated and scrubbed down FOUR times. We ain't getting the straight dope on this virus or if it's mutated. I can tell you from my experience with paint thinners that exposed skin absorbs anything that lands on it. I once rubbed some paint off my eyelid with xylol....WOW....I thought I'd blinded myself...ran into the bathroom, filled the sink with water and opened my eye....if I hadn't gotten to that water....who knows? :dunno:

Yeah, let`s listen to a bunch of redneck swampdwellers. I am sure they know more about medical science than actual professionals.

Fucking ridicilous!
My guess is I had more NBC training than any of them

I had NBC training as well. That is a very different situation. In an NBC attack, the entire outside area would be considered contaminated. That is not the case here. There is no Ebola on the tarmac. It is contained in the patient's suit.

Maybe it is. That's the problem. You don't know how secure they were when suiting up. I would have expected them to be very secure but based on the Keystone Kops adventure we have been watching of late I wouldn't be so sure of that anymore.

That's the problem when you put political people into positions of power.

Sure hope it is.

There's a chance some got on the suits.
Would you be willing to bet your life on it?

The chance would be so small as to be equal to being hit by a meteor. I'd be willingto bet they went thru some sort of decontamination procedure after suiting up the patient.
That's why we have Ebola in America, because too many people made the wrong bet or assumptions

WinterBorn
answer this what is to prevent an insect such as a mosquito from jumping on the nurse and going for a meal and then jumping on the guy with no suit on?
Because those tyvek suits aren't that think paper thin to be exact.

Obviously the Right is desperately afraid they won't win on the 4th. Gotta find fault anywhere they can.

There is something out of place with how the CDC transported this women.

The patient is in a containment suit. The medical staff that will go with the patient are in containment suits. The person not in the containment suit is a protocol person, there to insure there are no trip hazards or other issues due to the suits. There will be one like that on the other end of the trip as well.

Why is that a problem?
If you don't see any problem no one can help you after that.

No, I don't see a problem. If you see that person not wearing a suit as a problem, then I am guessing you want everyone in the entire hospital to be in containment suits as well? The patients may be in isolation in the hospital, but she is in isolation in this picture too. Is the receptionist in the lobby of the hospital also at risk? The only difference is the size of the containment area.
Like I said their is no help for you if you don't see a problem with this and I'm not going to argue with you about it.

The patient is in a self-contained, airtight suit. There is a pressure monitor on the suit so that a breach is detected immediately. That you see a problem is not my problem. The ebola virus is tiny, but it is not magick. It cannot penetrate the containment suit.
Yes, but sharp edges and objects can.

So the protocol director isn't prepared if somebody accidentally rips open their suit in an enclosed space or up wind from him.

You would probably guess wrong. Look closely at what the patient has on. Lets see if you can figure it out from there.

Any liberal posting in this thread should be forced to care for and take in EBOLA patients being they support that certified IDIOT Barack Obola who allowed EBOLA in to this country and still refuses to protect Americans.
Sounds like the Cons are all for big government despite their claims.
No dumb ass we want this over sized government to do what we pay it to do. You partisan fucking hack

This is exactly how government run health care will be handled. Like a clown car.

Ain't it grand?

This mess got started by a private hospital in one of the dumbest places in America: Texas, not the CDC.

And my Obamacare since this January has been terrific.

You pay the government to force Liberals into caring for Ebola patients in their homes? When did this come up?

Because people apparently want panic and mistrust spread throughout the land. Shameful.
Some of the people would prefer that Ebola not spread throughout the land. But, hey, you can't get it unless you're a TP conservative, redneck, bible-thumping, gun-toting, cracker, right?
