The Tax Case Against Donald Trump

What a boatload of horseshit. He paid some fines for not following some regulations to the letter. Every casino in vegas has probably had to pay similar fines.

Actually having googled it, I found that Trump

FinCEN Fines Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort $10 Million

Has the record for US money laundering fines. More than any other casino.
Prove it, asshole.

So when is Joe going to declare he wants no salary & begin donating his salary to legitimate worthy causes?
Biden is already saving the government millions, many times his salary. How? How about in travel expenses. Trump would fly down to Mar-a-lago costing half a million a trip for AF-1.

Biden doesn't use AF-1 to take weekends off. That's saving more than his presidential salary ten times over.
So in other words Billionaire Joe wants to keep every dime he can get his hands on

:p

Your quotes did not say anything about keeping two sets of books, moron. That's purely in your imagination.
The indictment calls them "internal records" which differed from the business records filed. Which is why the organization was charged with filing false business records in addition to fraud.

So the indictment calls Trumps two sets of books, two sets of records.
Where does it even say two sets of records?

"Business records" aren't filed, moron. Only income taxes are filed.

It hasn't bee charged with either.

Your talent for making stuff up is phenomenal.

Meanwhile Vance got Trump’s tax records like 3 months ago and produced an indictment.

What’s your excuse?
Vance has shit. not worth the paper he's working from. your excuse is orangeman bad, six years now. and still zip. Excuse me if I don't just piss on the story of orangeman bad for the 10,000 time.

BTW, are you saying the IRS sucks? hahahahahahahahahahahaha

They couldn't indicte a sitting president. Trump has always been a crook .. Don't be so puffed up.
they aren't now.

Trump paid some huge fines for money laundering when he was in the Casino business.

Mar 06, 2015 · March 06, 2015. WASHINGTON, DC – The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) today imposed a $10 million civil money penalty against Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort (Trump Taj Mahal), for willful and repeated violations of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

In addition to the civil money penalty, the casino is required to conduct periodic external audits to examine its anti-money laundering (AML) BSA compliance program and provide those audit reports to FinCEN and the casino’s …
What a boatload of horseshit. He paid some fines for not following some regulations to the letter. Every casino in vegas has probably had to pay similar fines. Fighting government bureacurats is a never ending battle for most businesses. The NAZIs like you use any of these skimishes as an excuse to make the business look like criminals.

He paid 10 million in fines and Fox News said he was in the bag with Putin.

Did you have a point of some kind?

I don't think Trump Nation quite understands what is happening, here. Targeting Weisselberg first is a strategic move. Unpaid taxes on $1.7 million is small time, compared to the possible amounts involved in the bank and tax fraud related to the Trump Org properties.

The federal government will be prepared to step in as well, considering they are the named victims of conspiracy to defraud. And the Fed is known for siezing assets. This could put Trump in the position of defaulting on loans almost certainly cosigned by a mystery party.

You have a vivid imagination.

We have him now! We have him now!

Any other words, would be a lie.

The words are Biden is no billionaire, as his financial disclosures, tax returns etc, going back decades clearly show.

On the other hand, as soon as Trump had to disclose his financials (tax returns) his company gets indicted for tax fraud.

I guess Don Jr. was right. If people saw Trumps tax returns, he would never get elected.

I was talking about the Trump Org. If you are going to throw a hissy and contribute virtually nothing but a grown man's embarrassing tears, at least try to follow the discussion.

Read the f***ing indictment TROLL.

Until you do, STFU
I warned ya

This bripat guy insists he has read the indictment. Yet he also insists the Trump Org was not indicted.

So he would have us believe he read the indictment but somehow missed the information contained in the first 5 lines at the top of the very first page.

So you see his little sad attempt at grift, here.

The Hillary debacle was bullshit and so is this.
What’s bullshit about not paying taxes?
let's ask this guy?

Why don't you tell us how the indictment against the Trump org differs from what Sharpton is being charged with.

You can't....as you refuse to look at the indictment.
Why don't you tell us why no one is going after Sharpton after 20 years?

And that's before we start getting into Ivanka's 'consultation payments' that match the amounts the Trump org's needed to lower their income to avoid paying taxes.

If Ivanka paid taxes on her "consulation payments", how were taxes avoided?

Has been answered more than once in the thread.

And the answer was? LOL!
You tell us your answer. Or respond to the other answers we gave already. Gee, please Toddinskee, if you have the energy and the kindness.

You've already forgotten the fraud involved in paying someone as a consultant?

Oops, you changed lanes and forgot to make your point. Again.

You still don't know why an employer writing off consultant expenses
while the consultant claims those fees as income is fraudulent or avoids taxes.
