I certainly have to be extremely wary of anyone on any side of any controversy, who is triumphant in suppressing expressions of the opposing side. Censorship of this sort is pretty much prima facie proof that the side doing the censorship knows that its own position is weak, if not just plain wrong, and that it cannot stand up under honest and open discussion. It is a sure sign of one who knows that one can only “win” by cheating.

And of course, boasting about censorship serves to fulfill your own really purpose for existing, which is to remind us Americans why it is that we kicked you British filth out of our country almost two and a half centuries ago; and why we included, in our Constitution, explicit protections for freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
