Why shouldn't someone take a distribution from something they were forced to be a part of. You might have a point if there was an option to not be a part of it and those complaining about it chose to do so. That doesn't exist. What that means is because I was required to put into it without the ability to not do so, I'll take what is really mine and consider it as the federal government having held it for me and now giving me back what they shouldn't have taken to start with. Big difference in that and someone not paying federal income taxes yet living off food stamps, welfare, and any other program from which they draw but don't contribute to the pot that funds it.
