This can be done in a couple of seconds with no problem whatsoever according to the many, many gun owners here who have told me that time and time again.

What kind of gun is it?
What caliber is it?

Are there others around?

Did you see my link? New York cops had a "hit" rate of 18%. So, a 20 round mag gives you an average hit of 3 to 4 bullets.

Police actually go to the crime. And when there they have to apprehend the criminals. Defenders don't look for crime and they let the criminal run away. Funny you can't see the difference.
