Oh, there are black SEALs, just very few of them simply because they do not normally live in environments conducive for them to develop strong swimming skills.

Where I live, if someone drowns, it is often a black person. No racism involved, It just happens that way.

I was a poor swimmer when I joined the Navy. Our remedial swim classes were about 80% black.
