Like I said before they'll need to sue him like they did holder to get it before a judge. He didn't refuse to cooperate he made an offer to publicly testify because the Committee has used the closed door hearings to insinuate things with no basis in fact of the testimony they received. Just mo, it is ups to the DOJ, who didn't charged everyone the committee referred for one reason or another.Let's see if they apply the same reasoning to the President's son. I doubt it.
