Coal miners aren't stupid, that's why when Hillary said "we're going to put a lot of coal miners out of work" and then later tried to explain it off as she meant "well we're going to train them for different jobs is what I meant" they didn't buy it.

OF COURSE Hillary meant she was going to fight for MORE restrictions against coal.

When the automobile industry started, it was clear that eventually the horse and buggy would be a dead industry, but the government didn't outlaw the horse and buggy to hasten the advent of the automobile, that happened naturally. And perhaps coal will naturally fall out of favor as well, but OBVIOUSLY that day is not now, if it were the government wouldn't need to outlaw it.
