Assuming this ever makes it to trial, I doubt a Florida jury will convict Trump, and even if they did, who thinks the judge who was appointed by Trump is going to give him years in prison for something no one else has ever recieved jail time for? Hillary destroyed her documents when they were asked for, even under subpoena. She wasnt even charged.

If judges are supposed to be fair, how could she give Trump any time in jail? Furthermore, you cant put a former president in jail anyway. They have Secret Service for life. Are they all going to hang out in a cell together? I sincerely doubt it.

Hillary Clinton did not take any secret documents with her. She went out of her way to ensure that she did not take any secret information. A partisan subpoena which Republicans admitted were partisan.

She had better watch her Ps and Qs. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals took her to the woodshed and gave her a god spanking for her crazy rulings. They then removed her from the case. Smith will not hesitate to go to the 11th Circuit if she is partisan.

What? You're kidding, right? Judges are not there to be fair, they are there only to ensure the letter of the law is followed. They are strictly PROCEDURAL. And if the law is written unfairly to excluding information, deny something, or any such thing, that is exactly what the judge will do.

Judges are not people, judges don't think. They are a machine there to carry out whatever the parliamentary legal procedure dictates, for better or worse as written.
