What? You're kidding, right? Judges are not there to be fair, they are there only to ensure the letter of the law is followed. They are strictly PROCEDURAL. And if the law is written unfairly to excluding information, deny something, or any such thing, that is exactly what the judge will do.

Judges are not people, judges don't think. They are a machine there to carry out whatever the parliamentary legal procedure dictates, for better or worse as written.

And we think it's ignorance of fact and truth, and blind eyes that sees it that way.... Both sides have their feelings and thoughts.

This is why the JUDGE has to be impartial, clean as a whistle....
