You are full of shit. What's more, nothing you say detracts from the factual accuracy contained in the WB complaint...........which is your transparent goal.he followed THE LAWHE was a deep state hack.. He helped Adam Schiff change the rules in the Coup attempt so that a criminal leaker would not be held accountable... He was a piece of shit from the word go.. HE was a co-conspirator in the coup D'etat. He and Schiff both need to hang along with a lot of others.About damn time! that puke was a partisan hack from the word go...
How was he a "partisan Hack"? Trump appointed him - and he did his job.
that's it
he followed the law.
No he did not follow the LAW.
The whistleblower Act only applies to reporting on other members of the intelligence community and even then does not apply to policy differences.
Then too it is well known that Schiff and his committee had contact with the leaker prior to any form being filed and Atkinson failed to investigate that.
The whistleblower had reached out to a House Intelligence Committee aide before filing the whistleblower complaint. The committee directed the whistleblower to report it to the intelligence community inspector general, which is standard committee protocol when intelligence community officials bring concerns to the committee. The committee had no role in the writing of the complaint and the whistleblower shared only vague allegations about the complaint with the committee aide, according to sources familiar with the matter.
The whistleblower Act only applies to reporting other members of the intelligence community and at that does not apply to policy differenecs.
The leaker was in contact with Schiff and his committee and that needed to be investigated but Atkinson failed to do that.
Accepting what Schiff said is laughably dumb, as he's the guy who read into the record a false account of the President's talk with Zelensky and so many more lies, and he still will not release the testimony of one witness.
