I guess I just don't get it. If voters are making Trump soar over everyone else...is that not We The People speaking on who they want? Sure, many don't want Trump, but the majority DO, hence where he is now in the polls and delegates. WE THE PEOPLE have spoken and are still speaking. I might not be with them, but I sure hear them. And who am I to shut them up or deny them the person THEY WANT in the MAJORITY?

So my question is....again....what happened to We The People? Do they no longer have a voice and now its up to they vs them and others with agendas get to choose FOR the People? It sure looks like it.

no thats not what i am saying....if everyone has your attitude about someone not in the 2 parties than someone who may be way better than the usual contenders will never get a chance because of the reluctance to cut the dam cord to a party....i would think by now people would be so fed up with the 2 parties that independents would be getting a hell of a lot of support....there are too many people who have that foolish "lessor of 2 evils" bullshit....

The most successful 3rd party presidential candidate to date merely gave an election to the Democrats. No one has - and no one currently in play will - gain enough success to win a national election.

I didn't say these workers were making a good living back in the 70's. I said that that production workers were able to make a good living back in the 70's. Up until jobs took flight in earnest under W, these people were still making a decent living.

Your numbers are incorrect. They are pulled from the first article which came up under Google, which was published back in September, 2015. Since then, Trump's appeal has grown and changed enormously. Back in the Fall, he was polling under 20%. Now he's up near 50%, but I don't think half of women are now interested in voting for him. In fact, that number is down to 28%.
