Trump holding onto documents, nullifies any claim of executive privilege.

Lie upon lie. Trump took documents that were to be turned over to the National Archives whether they are classified or not.
So, you agree that the idea of Trump having classified information at his home is a load of horse manure. And, that he was somehow obstructing anything. The fact is, the FBI took attorney-client information and opened them up and read them. That is unlawful to do. Garland and Wray should be tried and executed immediately!!! They are committing treason by assisting China and Russia and Iran. Off with their heads!!!

To declassify documents is not one man's whimsy as he heads out the door. There are protocols that involve other people.

And, all the documents belong to the National Archives whether they are classified or not.

Trump hid them. Find out why.

As stated before, there are protocols written by bureaucrats that have little teeth when it comes to a President who decides to declassify anything. This is a nothing burger.

Holy cow! You're a moron. The rules are the same for every president.

Correct. Any President can declassify without having to go through the protocols. Obama did it. Both Bush's did it. Clinton did it. They all did it.

Nope. Obama, Bush, Clinton.. all of them followed the protocol... Back to Truman, FDR and Eisenhower.

The presidential records act keeps the National Archive from releasing any presidential records for the first 5 years. And gives the president and the ex-president the right to invoke claims of executive privilege over PRA documents in the hands of the National Archives.

The current documents seized by the FBI and in the hands of the FBI, which being in the executive branch, the supreme court gave the current president sole authority over invoking executive privilege over executive branch records.

In brief, Trump has executive privilege over the records he turned over to the National Archives, but Biden has executive privilege over the records Trump failed to turn over to the National Archives. Which makes a special master moot when it comes to determining executive privilege over the documents seized by the FBI.
Very moot. Especially now, seeing that we have confirmation the FBI was looking for nuclear documents; https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2022/08/31/trump-documents-removed-storage-room/

No matter what names you call me, 'ol Mac1958 is still a liar - now isn't he?
Dude, the only thing you will ever be remembered for here, is that you should have never been here. Obviously your parents couldn't figure that out, but we did;

Not at all. As I said, Trump can't invoke executive privilege over documents held by the current executive branch. Which is all the documents that the FBI seized.
And look at the one's he stole;

I think it's more likely that Trump has photos of Graham with a dead hooker, a live boy and a mule.
Graham didn't hesitate to critisize Trump right after he took office. That is until Tramp & Graham had a private breakfast meeting together. Graham held a news conference right after praising Trump with the stink of Trump's ass on his breath.

Ass buddies till the end.

I wonder why Trump "needs" the names of spies and informants.
Gee, didn't all POTUS take top secret documents with them on overseas trips & leave them laying around motel rooms while they were attending meetings with foreign leaders like Trump did?
