In Trump's case, there were hundreds of MARKED CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS, not emails of his staff... Which he refused to turn over, or even admit that he had them, he tried to hide them, moved them from room to room and even some to New Jersey....He showed top secret documents to unauthorized people as well.
