We actually don't have strict shelter in place efforts. Beaches and parks are closed but people can go out for a walk. Walk the dog. Moms are still pushing strollers in unmasked groups. Many stores are open. Restaurants are open for take out and most restaurants are also selling general grocery too. Hardware stores and big box stores selling without the limitations of other states.
