Trump removed from Colorado ballot

Trump fomented a treasonous, lawless insurrection – he sought to overturn a presidential election, disenfranchise millions of Americans, and disrupt the peaceful transfer of power; Trump is both unfit and unqualified to be president.
I totally agree. But clearly, Democrats don't trust voters to come to that realization.

That is exactly what happened J6. Trump voters were disenfranchised by Congress. The riot was instigated.

Does the State of Colorado, under the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution have the right to decide to decide what candidate can appear on their ballot? YES

Live with it.;

Does the State of Colorado have the right to decide unto itself what candidate can be on their ballot? It's called State's Rights.

Yep. Like so many (most?) of the threads on USMB, it's a hypocrisy party!!! Dance, dance, dance! Dems are trying to thwart democracy and Republicans are attacking state's rights. Y'all are gas!

One more time, and please pay attention to the question.

Does the State of Colorado, under the 10th. Amenment of the Constitution of The United States of America have the right to decide what candidate can appear on their states ballot? Its called States Rights..

The court says that if the state declares you an insurrectionist, but doesn’t bother engaging in a trial and conviction, you are guilty.

When it comes to the determination of a federal election, then no.

I thought you guys hated when voters are disenfranchised?

Or is that just an act?
