The way Georgia played out, Trump was unwilling to risk having to share responsibility with Kemp. Ka-thump, ka-thump.

He has said from the beginning that its up to each governor to make those decisions, the federal government will provide whatever resources are needed but the federal government will not dictate to any state, as it should be.
