Hilary and her people came up with the Russia Collusion accusation 24 hours after she left the election.....it is covered in the book "Shattered" by the two left wing reporters who were embedded in her campaign....

Here's the thing. Most companies tell you to clean up your email boxes, and the government does the same. Emails are deleted when they are no longer necessary. You kind of have to, because otherwise, it hurts system performance.

the same is true of paper documents. In fact, when I was in the army, they had a whole regulation on how long you kept certain documents before shredding them.

So your biggest argument against Hillary is that she deleted emails to keep her server running properly.

There was no intent to distribute those photos..........moron. She mishandled classified information...as a start, which is a crime and that crime does not need "Intent" it just needs moving classified information from secure locations to unsecured locations......which is what her secret, illegal, Unsecured server was....just doing that was a felony........add to that the active destruction of all electronic evidence of what she was doing and what was on the server...and you actually have intent........based on the attempt to hide activity.....that is the bread and butter of a prosecution.......just like when you don't have a body in a murder investigation...but you have bleach all over the home, the car, a fire pit with the remains of duct tape and a shovel with dirt in the trunk.....the deleting of emails and the smashing of cell phones.........prosecutors go to trial on evidence like that....

No...the government is not the same.....you do no just delete emails....there are laws that govern keeping those emails.....and she broke all of them. The Secretary of State does not destroy emails just on her say so....they are the property of the United States and they are kept as a record of her activity....which is exactly why she destroyed them.

Which is irrelevent. The criminal act was taking the pictures. That was the intent.

receiving classified information in an email isn't a crime... especially when there was nothing indicting it was classified. (Most of the documents were classified after the fact.)

Point is, "classified" information is mishandled by hundreds of people every day in the government, probably because most of it shouldn't be marked as classified to start with.

An example is that news stories talking about drone strikes in Pakistan are considered classified, not because we are hiding it from anyone, but because publicly admitting we are doing it puts the government of Pakistan in an embarrassing situation. So an email with a NYT story talking about drone strikes is "classified", as absurd as that is.

So again, you did not find a case of someone being prosecuted for what Mrs. Clinton did.

The Trump Foundation is still under criminal investigation.
