Trump takes a call.

Hmmm...I thought Trump was elected to save American jobs..not Chinese ones?

...and hey! is this not the same company that was sanctioned for selling components to Iran?

Trump says he told his Commerce Department to lift a trade ban on Chinese phone company ZTE

"President Donald Trump said Sunday he has instructed his Commerce Department to help get a Chinese telecommunications company "back into business" after the US government cut off access to its American suppliers.

At issue is that department's move last month to block the ZTE Corp., a major supplier of telecoms networks and smartphones based in southern China, from importing American components for seven years. The US accused ZTE of misleading American regulators after it settled charges of violating sanctions against North Korea and Iran.

ZTE, which has more than 70,000 employees and has supplied networks or equipment to some of the world's biggest telecoms companies, said in early May that it had halted its main operations as a result of the department's "denial order.""

The Daley family owned the Chicago mayor position for decades.
Famous quote by the son (ritchie) when accused of using the office to help his chikdren.
"Well, if you can't help your family, who can you help?"

The $500 million loan to the Trump Organization is...

  • mrb_uofmiami

...a small price to pay to gather top secret information to be provided through ZTE and its intrusion into our communications networks. A clear violation of the emoluments clause since the Orange Shitgibbon is principal shareholder. And then, of course, is the obvious treason involved. Throw the orange shitgibbon in jail

I'm not sure about knocking on Trump's door so much. But as the link mentioned it's not Russiagate but pure old graft the emoluments clause was to protect against. I mean for f's sake, how many times have retiring potus's been grilled over taking just ceremonial gifts that were given during their term, or first lady's with gowns that are customarily lent. Nancy Reagan comes to mind, and if there was EVER a president who did not enrich himself through the office ..... I mean love or hate him, but he was as honest as the sun rising the east, and they still got hammered.

Forget Russiagate, this fat fock is gonna be in the DOJ's sights for the length of his term.
