Trump/Taliban Peace Agreement For Troop Withdrawal

translation: another willfully ignorant/intellectually impotent right wing wonk's attempt to be "clever" by blowing smoke over his obvious refusal to acknowledge facts that disprove his contentions. Pity for this uncensored stupidity not realizing the chronology of the posts will always be their undoing.

Translation: I'm a Nazi democrat and incapable of taking responsibility for the massive fuckup by Quid Pro so I lie and spin to try and blame the disaster by the Reich on the last legitimate president.

Pathetic.

Grow up. You wanted your filthy party to run things - well here they are.

It's always someone else's fault when you fascists fuck everything up.

Pathetic.

Really?

Trump - "But they also gave us empty cupboards. The cupboard was bare. You’ve heard the expression, ‘the cupboard was bare.’ So we took over a stockpile with a cupboard that was bare," April 6 White House briefing.

“The last administration left us nothing. We started off with bad, broken tests, and obsolete tests,” Trump asserted,

According to Trump, Obama “should have” brokered a trade deal with China, but didn’t. Curing AIDS “should have started in the previous administration,” but “they did nothing,” Trump has said.

The US and the Taliban have signed an "agreement for bringing peace" to Afghanistan after more than 18 years of conflict.

The US and Nato allies have agreed to withdraw all troops within 14 months if the militants uphold the deal.

President Trump said it had been a "long and hard journey" in Afghanistan. "It's time after all these years to bring our people back home," he said.

Talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban are due to follow.

Under the agreement, the militants also agreed not to allow al-Qaeda or any other extremist group to operate in the areas they control.

Things don't currently look good in Afghanistan. What do you think?
What a joke that agreement. Who in their right mind would expect tbe. To follow it and they didn’t from day one...they were attacking girls schools, assassinating opposition leaders...

Ahh, but YOU want to SOLELY blame one person and PRETEND that any/everything done by the previous administration just magically goes away.

Here something else for you to deny/ignore/revise:

Trump’s New Big Lie: Afghanistan

Laugh, clown, laugh.

Grow up and take responsibility for the actions of your filthy party, Nazi.

You stupid fucks claimed you could do a better job - clearly not.

your historical myopia is fascinating....but seriously flawed.

For your education:

Trump’s New Big Lie: Afghanistan

First, the “peace accord” that Trump’s emissaries signed with the Taliban in February 2020, in Doha, imposed only a few conditions—and the Taliban are violating none of them at the moment. The Taliban merely agreed not to allow any “individuals or groups, including al-Qaida, to use the soil of Afghanistan to threaten the security of the United States and its allies.” The accord did not bar the Taliban from fighting Afghan government troops or from capturing Afghan provinces on its own.

Second, Trump’s claim that he had “discussions with top Taliban leaders” is overstated. A few days after the signing of the accord, on the phone, through an interpreter, he had a discussion with a leader, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, who was the Taliban’s delegate to the Doha talks. Afterward, Trump said he had a “very good” relationship with Baradar, lauded the Taliban for “killing terrorists…some very bad people,” and said of the war, “They’re looking to get this ended and we’re looking to get this ended.” A statement released by the White House said that Trump “emphasized the need to continue the reduction in violence” and “urged the Taliban to participate in intra-Afghan negotiations.” The statement said nothing about Barader’s reply, if any.

Nothing flawed about it.

Biden made every decision regarding the withdrawal.

If he didn't agree with the terms of the negotiations...he had the ability...no...the OBLIGATION to object.

Your spin is weak and even your far left leaning source admits the buck stops with Biden...

Let's not miss this one

Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ), the Senate Foreign Relations Committee chair, calling on the Biden administration to “reconsider” doing so.

Doesn't sound like "it's always someone else's fault".

Yup. This one is on Biden.

Shitting Bull, Trump isn't president - Xi's man Quid Pro is the Resident - this fuckup is 100% on him.
This is how it works....

Previous President makes a deal... Next President honours that deal...

Trump might not have done that but other President's know the cost of the US honour deals... No other country will agree with any thing with the US in the future if they know the next President could rip it up...

Trump made a deal, Biden was just following through... Trump disastrous approach is why China is bounding forward with the largest trading block in the world with US allies... US allies couldn't trust US when Trump rips up deals at a whim, his word meant nothing and thus US word means nothing...

China used this in Africa and SE Asia and gained huge influence. This influence is how US has the Petro-dollar and is at the centre of world negotiations.
Some people talk about preserving the US way of life, this is how to kill it...

US while it had a huge Military, the brilliance was how they didn't use it... US soft power was astronomical...

I can only describe this in story... I number of years back I was in the company of ex Irish Prime Minister... We asked him about US power... He told us like this (I will be paraphrasing):

We were at the UN in New York one September. We had a function and all the world country leaders were there... We were all being a bit bosatful, trying to big up ourselves among each other. These guys run there countries and we run ours and want make them how we smart we were, usual fare in this type of group...
The Bill Clinton walked in... Every one knew they were competing for second.. A Rock Star just walked into the room... Everyone gravitate to him and shook his hand and asked for a photo... Bill could do anything he wanted in that room, everyone either needed a favour or was thanking him for one. The King had arrived...
This was general fare for every US President, Bill was the best (he said by wide margin, he knew everyone personally)...

Trump arrived and in international get togethers they basically found him clueless and grossly unprepared. Different leaders tried to hold his hand and try and explain to him what was going on. Trump couldn't get it, he regularly alienate US friends and praising US enemies. They started having meetings without him like the G8. They eventually were laughing at him and pitying the US people to have someone so incompetent in charge.

This is not anti-Trump as this is what a lot of Trump Supporters wanted... They didn't want globalisation or international co-operation. This is the consequences of your actions..

You fascists are pathetic.

Regardless of who is at fault - it's hard to rationalize the current Afghanistan clusterfuck. This may be even worse than our exit from Vietnam. I feel so sorry for Afghans who helped our soldiers. They and their families are all in grave danger. Major clusterfuck!!!!!

That isn't how the US Government works. The President isn't a king. I know, in your fantasy world, everyone gets to do whatever they want to. FREEDOM!!

But in reality, that has never been true, not in the history of the human race. See, the way the government is set up, the primary function of the Executive office is to enforce the existing laws. It also negotiates agreements with foreign countries then upholds those agreements. Congress writes the laws, not the Executive branch. The President doesn't just do whatever he fucking feels like cuz he woke up in a mood that day.

In the U.S. we have this habit of honoring agreements signed by previous administrations. It creates continuity and is why other countries are willing to work with us. We don't change the rules every election cycle.

And the Afghanistan government was well aware that the U.S. was leaving Afghanistan. It didn't just suddenly happen. In fact, there have been numerous troop reductions over the last 20 years.

So which is it? Trump is a moron for signing an agreement to leave or Biden is a genius for leaving Afghanistan? Or is it that Trump and Biden are brilliant for same idea to leave Afghanistan? Or they are both morons for their stupid decision to leave?

Are you unable to hold two thoughts in your head at the same time or are you just disingenuous?
xiden did follow the agreement…moreover Congress didn’t create any law in regards to it

this is all joey xiden

Afghan is 100% the doing of the worst traitor in American history W.

W lied us in there.

When we arrived, there was an ongoing civil war between Taliban and TNA. We could have easily helped TNA wipe out Taliban. But Israel did not like TNA, which was armed and funded by Iran. So W sold out, flipped off TNA with axis of evil, and Taliban has been in control ever since.

W also explained that the afghan mission was not about getting "Osama," because w admitted col Tim osman was "not a priority." Got that. The guy we were blaming for 911 was NOT A PRIORITY.

Then our troops sat there. Pat Tillman said they had no target. So they took pat out, shot him, and lied and claimed AQ did it, the same lie as 911.

In the meantime, we grabbed 300 completely innocent afghans and locked them up in GItmo, moving one to the secret CIA base in Libya, run by pan am 103 Gadaffi, to waterboard him to lie to justify invading Iraq.

W = 100% Zionist traitor and 100% responsible for Taliban control of afghan
