Who is this rump that you speak of? The president has made promises that he has not yet delivered. Those with functioning brain cells understand that presidents can't change tax law and know that that best that can happen is the president pushing Congress to write new tax law.

Amazing that someone actually wants to hold a president accountable for campaign promises. If we're going to do hold presidents accountable to promises they don't have the authority to unilaterally accomplish, let's check to see if Obama's inauguration really did mark the day the oceans stopped rising.
