No HE is not, the head of the CIA (Pompeo) is meeting with them in order to coordinate anti-terrorism efforts, why would anybody think mutual cooperation in this area is a BAD thing?

Yeah because the CIA regularly shares meeting transcripts with me, usually before the meetings ever take place.

Just for a change, why don't you try actually reading the stories you link in your OP before you start a new thread?
