However, we also have the First Amendment and pundants have the right to express their opinions... There is also a horrible problem with a society that sues every time there is a disagreement. According to Trump there is. He didn't like how a newspaper represented his poll numbers, so now he wants them to be more easily sued.

When you consider the way NBC, for political purposes, edits statements and comments (like 911 calls from George Zimmerman, for example), it can have extremely negative consequences like cities being burned down. I'm all for the first amendment but there needs to be responsibility and accountability, especially in an institution whose purpose is to deliver information to the public.
