no, but instead of the default and instant preaching to the choir about the "guilty" countries to pay damages (a very Trump-ian approach i might add), the "guilty" countries should be given crystal clear warnings about how such delays in responses to new viral outbreaks are totally unacceptable, and *would* be followed by demands to pay for damages in the event such future outbreaks materialize (and they probably will, it's a crowded planet with a lot of travelling going on during normal times)

Start to build the stuff here again. And the process will take some years. And when we do build again, no holding the company and nation up for hostage in contract negotiations but also getting a fair wage and benefit package. We were obviously sold out by the politicians who allowed this to happen. The blue states who tax their citizens into stratosphere status did not even have basic medical supplies to last a short time for this virus. It was/is their time to shine with their brand and they failed. They failed!
