I'm basing on the results of blacks having voted Democrat for 50 years on such a large scale. Lowest average IQ of any group. Highest bastard birth rate of any group. Highest crime rate of any group. Highest unemployment rate of any group. And the list goes on. That means it's not unbiased but based on facts showing the results of doing what they do isn't producing better results yet they keep doing it. If, at a 95% rate, blacks keep doing what has done nothing to help them, you tell me what that makes them. Lyndon Johnson was clear what he thought blacks would do for 200 years and they've gladly obliged him, at a 95% rate, for 50 of those 200 years.

If what you support isn't working and you continue to support it, are you saying that makes you smart?

By ALL means....DO use that above approach to entice blacks to vote for your party.....I mean, what could possibly go wrong with that kind of charming solicitation?

How do you know those blacks aren't the 5% that don't vote Democrat?

You cherry pick a few cities and ignore that overall picture. Doesn't change that blacks have an average IQ as a whole significantly lower than all other groups as a whole. Commit crimes on a higher rate than any other group. Live in poverty at a higher rate than any other group. If you want to use those places where blacks might be doing well or better, tells me the areas that are doing poorly are shit holes.
