What gives? Trump ran into an electorate that doesn't obey the dog whistle quite so much as today's Republican party. Plus he has to fund raise because he doesn't have enough money and there aren't enough people in the country who want to contribute to his campaign. He's being outflanked in every direction and the only thing going for him is that he is running against the old guard in an election that is looking for something new. Unfortunately for Trump, despite his rhetoric, there is nothing new about him. He's the wrong messenger at the right time.

The GOP had a really good chance to reboot after a dismal performance from W and you guys double downed on stupid. I think Romney could have coasted into the White House this year.
