can think of a whole bunch of ballot 'collection' middlemen as being practical and useful. At a nursing home. At a hospital. At a jail. Shuts-ins, disabled, swamped with child responsibilities, swamped with work responsibilities, too busy, too unmotivated. All are legitimate reasons that a qualified vetted individual could gather properly completed ballots and deliver to the appropriate counters.

The determinant is: Does the individual who casts the ballot have a right to vote?

If a nursing home can wipe your butt, get your meds right, feed you and otherwise care for you, they can deliver your ballot, and HELP YOU PUT A FUCKING STAMP ON IT... I dont have an issue with activists going to nursing homes and ADVERTISING elections if the facility allows it. Even if its just posting a flyer on the message board about how to request a ballot. But once that ballot ARRIVES -- not ANY random activist PAID or not paid -- should EVER be involved in filling out or handling that legal document.

The scam used in those couple of articles I posted on illegal harvesters getting caught usually involves "dummy requests" for mail-ins made by the harvester" that can be picked up by the harvesters waiting on the mail at a facility or apt complex. Having BULK MAILINGS OF BALLOTS with NO REQUESTS for them -- makes that theft and fraud so much -- child's play.. Which is WHY democrats are so hot on "MASS MAIL BALLOTING", no ID checks, no signature verifications. .. They're hot on ANY easy way to monkey-wrench elections.

Most state laws allow ANYONE RELATED to a person to do that job of helping fill-out and MAIL a ballot.

Tell me you LIKE "mass mail balloting, no ID checks and no signature verifications as well as random pranksters allowed in the security and accuracy of elections.

There's no mechanism for 'certifying" ballot harvesters.. You want to vet them and license them -- fine.. Otherwise, they are vector to election hijinks and INSECURITY.. Jimmy Carter, Obama, and many other Dems ON RECORD that "mail ballots" (even as they USED TO BE) are more prone to election fraud.. Add mass mail to the mix WITHOUT SIGNATURE CHECKS or ID and that's all you need to screw up ALL confidence in American elections.

Normal rejection on mail-ins that were ABSENTEE AND RESTRICTED to over 65 and/or restricted to home or absent during voting had a typical REJECTION RATE of about 7% in previous elections because folks forgot to sign or use the inner security envelopes. THIS ELECTION in the mass states with NO protections on ID, or inner envelopes or signatures -- the rejection rates went to something around 0.05%...

We WANT and NEED elections to be secure and accurate. Democrats pushing H.R.1 were attempting to make those "covid rules" PERMANENT.. And in addition were FEDERALIZING election law and procedures. A process that CLEARLY violates the Constitution in more than one way.. If a mail-in ballot comes into the counting-center from a registered voter....name & address.......just how much hand-wringing must a democratic society do? The good poster appears to be looking for a solution in search of a problem.

Again, if an American is a registered voter, regardless of where he is --in jail, in the hospital, in elder-care, a home shut-in----and that individual wants to vote then it is incumbent upon our democratic society to ensure that there are as few hurdles as possible that would hinder that voter from voting.

Trump lost in court not because of “the REMEDY they were asking for,” but because his lawsuits failed to state a valid cause of action, were meritless, full of innuendo and devoid of facts. Trump deserved to lose those suits. Many of the judges who heard these lawsuits were Republican and Trump appointees. The attorneys who brought those law suits now face disbarment for abuse of process and lying to the Court.

The question now is will you acknowledge the Lie of election fraud given that Arizona’s so-called audit will find MORE votes for President Biden.

As I said and as Trump‘s own team has acknowledged, the election in November of 2020 was the Safest in history. Despite your protestations to the contrary, all evidence has pointed, and continues to point, to the truth that our election was the safest and most secure.
