They would have if Trump had not fucked up your plans, asshole.

No. Chief Justice Roberts has sided with liberals - saved ObamaCare - remember that?

Kavanaugh considers Roe vs Wade precedent law and won’t do right wing party extremists bidding on that issue.

Following the advice given to Trump by his long-life mentor, Roy Cohn (often referred to as the America's own Nazi) who told Donny to NEVER admit defeat since most uneducated followers are little more than sheep. .........Trump has chosen to bullshit his cult members by actually defining last Tuesday's elections as a "win" because of his hard work.

Let's review:

Trumpists did gain a couple of Senate seats which.....ultimately....they did not need to hold on to the majority in that chamber.....(BTW, republican senators will be defending a couple of dozen seats in 2020.)

However, the House chamber has gone a vivid BLUE....and after all the vote counting the Ds gain my be over 40 seats.

Further, since the advent of a Trump administration, almost 400 seats in state legislatures have turned from R to D. and as of today, 7 state legislatures are completely D.

With the above and 7 flipped state governorship AND the upcoming census in 2020 which will determine the districting patterns, Trump's claim of his "win".......is complete BULLSHIT and a perpetuity of his lies to his cult.
True.

More dishonest spin from Trump and the dishonest right.

The undeniable fact is that Trump and the GOP lost.

The American people, in opposition to Trump, placed a check on his failed, wrongheaded agenda.

Indeed, the Trump/GOP agenda is dead for at least the next two years, and thankfully so.
Think again, asshole. If the American people wanted to place a check on his agenda they wouldn't have increased the GOP majority in the Senate.
The great bloviator
blo·vi·ate. verb. The definition of bloviate is to speak for a long time in an arrogant way. An example of bloviate is for a person to give a lengthy speech about how great he is.

Do you have a point there?

Yes. The Supreme Court is not controlled by either political party.
No, but Republicans appoint judges who follow the Constitution. Democrats appoint activist judges who follow their political ideology (which most of the time is counter to the Constitution). Therefore, the decisions usually reflect the ideology of the party who has the most appointees (conservative decisions being the best for the country).

The fact that the GOP kept the majority in the Senate will be huge for the future of this country. The president will continue to nominate and the Senate will continue to confirm judges who follow the constitution and do not try to enact laws from the bench.

And let us hope he has one or maybe even two more nominees for the Supreme Court. That will stifle the progressive One World Government agenda for decades to come.
