Just now. He doesn't have his high priced corporate lawyers, his Republican enablers and point blockers to run interference for him anymore.dude, it's been for six years, how many do they need?
however you felt it.Oooooo! Elementary school recess slam!![]()
"Sensitive" does not mean the same thing as "classified," moron. In a new filing with the court Trump Trump's lawyers have just conceeded the obvious and moved on to a very novel defense.
"The purported justification for the initiation of this criminal probe was the alleged discovery of sensitive information contained within the 15 boxes of Presidential records....Simply put, the notion that Presidential records would contain sensitive information should have never been cause for alarm," Trump's attorneys said

Trump team says sensitive info ‘should have never been cause for alarm’ in latest filing
Former President Trump’s legal team is arguing that the sensitive information contained in classified documents recovered from his Florida home “should have never been cause for alarm” in its lates…thehill.com
So lets see what we are down to:
Documents were already turned over to NA in January
Illegall raid
Search conducted improperly
Classified Documents were planted
Documents were already desclassified
Trump kept classified presidential records at home....but it's ok.
So there you have it, it's ok for Trump to ignore laws on classified document handling and presidential records. Thats all the defense they have left.
gaslighting me now? hahahahahahahahahahaSorry to hear about your failure to reach adulthood.
What do you want to see happen and why?
You can tell someone is lying by how many times they change their story. And Trump has changed it multiple times. In a new filing with the court Trump Trump's lawyers have just conceeded the obvious and moved on to a very novel defense.

So, it's transactional. He wanted those classified documents in order to sell them................to whom?

Trump's personal demeanour and his manners would indicate that he most likely isn't completely aware of the trouble he's in now. And certainly he wouldn't be consulting with his legal team.I guess there is a sucker born everyday.
There is zero reason to think Trump's lawyers somehow didn't consult with Trump on their legal strategy.
I'm afraid the situation is well past the point of discussing logical outcomes. Trump will more likely direct his legal team to act and say what he honestly believes are the facts and the truth. His legal team have already compromised themselves by maintaining that the search wasn't legal.See Trump can blatantly lie all he wants to the public, but his lawyers will get quickly disbarred for lying to a court in official filings.
No it wouldn't. Trump is a well know fake-it-till-you-make-it actor. The public show he puts on means exactly nothing about the legal deliberations with his lawyers.Trump's personal demeanour and his manners would indicate that he most likely isn't completely aware of the trouble he's in now. You're not making any point clear. Is that deliberately? No it wouldn't. Trump is a well know fake-it-till-you-make-it actor. The public show he puts on means exactly nothing about the legal deliberations with his lawyers.
Will Trump call for violence when his back is against the wall?
If it was my country I would be trying to make sure it doesn't get that far!
No problem, thats just another charge he'll face.
No one is above the law, NO ONE. And yes, that priciple is worth defending against lawless mobs.
Is having classified material in your home illegal or not? They've known Trump has had classified documents for a year a a half. Didn't bother them before. It only started bothering them when Democrats and the left trashed Garland for not doing enough against Trump. Then all of a sudden it was a problem. If Trump had given every single classified document back, he was still in possession of them one year ago. So, I ask again, is having classified documents in your home illegal or not? If so, then why was he not raided one year ago? If they didn't arrest Trump one year ago for this, then what standing do they have in arresting him now, particularly when Hillary and others have done very similar things and they weren't arrested either.Trump's lawyers have been "admitting" through officially signed affadavit that he handed everything over.
The search of his residence and recovery of classified presidential records proved that to be a complete lie.
But not in this case, as the emails Hillary had weren’t of nearly the import of the clearly marked sensitive documents Trump took. Hillary’s server would also have had anti-hacking software, which would be unobtainable for boxes stored in a basement. You do understand, don't you, that an e-mail can be considered a document, don't you?
All of the above!espionage act
obstruction
Stolen Documents
Presidential Records Act violation
Which is it?
