Are you intentionally missing the point?Where in the Constitution does it say you have a right to post on Twitter?
Twitter is a public forum, is it not?
Or are you saying it’s a publication?
Because right now they function as a publication (with editing, censoring) but enjoy the protections as a public forum (freedom from lawsuits regarding what is said).
