1. They said we would never get an Ebola case in the United States: False.

If anything, this Ebola situation has exposed the rampant gross incompetence within the medical community. Hopefully they will snap out of their complacency and get their shit together, but I have my doubts.

Link? Do you have evidence it is being transmitted by some other means? Please do post the evidence. Remember, you must eliminate all other possibilities of how the health care workers could have come in contact with bodily fluids before you have proven your claim.

This is simply an adjunct of the previous claim. You must prove the health care workers observed the protocols, and did not violate them, before your claim is proven.

That would be counterproductive. We can understand how people might come to that conclusion. But when you look at what happens when you isolate a country, you diminish greatly their ability to handle their own epidemic. If that happens, it very likely will spread to other African countries.

And the best way to protect Americans is to completely suppress the epidemic in West Africa. If we do that, we wouldn't be talking about this today. So to isolate them, maybe with good intentions, actually can be counterproductive and make things worse.

Okay, so your idea is a stupid one. It is far safer and smarter to take the fight to the source.
