United HALTS vaccine mandates

And the hospital needs to fold when they find they cannot operate with 400 staff resigning, and finds that no one wants to work for them.

There is not a hospital in our area that is not mandating the vaccine, so if they wish to be nurses they will have to make a choice.

Who cares if they are without jobs, right?

They made their choice, which is their right.

Like any occupation, being a nurse (or doctor) is a choice.
This draconian stand by many hospitals, which already have staffing shortfall in pre-covid days, will leave them less capable of serving those in medical need than the supposed "covid overload".

Nurses, already physically and emotionally drained from a year and a half on the front lines of a pandemic, are being asked to care for more patients than is safe for either the patient or the nurse.

Hate to tell you limp dick, but The For Profit Healthcare Industry is about to go belly up over this, and you won't be able to get your viagra and penis pump to get it up for your hairy boyfriend any more.

It's your choice to punish frontline nurses who worked a year and a half without a vaccine and fire them when they don't want the vaccine.

Thanks, but I live it daily as my wife is a critical care nurse who spent most of her shifts since last March treating COVID patients. She comes home some nights so physically and mentally exhausted she can barely talk

The shortage is not new, and yes COVID has made it worse. ObamaCare decimated nurses as hospitals were looking for ways to cut expenses and nurses were an easy target. Their patient to nurse ratios have been going up for a decade and nobody gave a fuck till now that it is about vaccines that you do not agree with. Nobody gave a fuck what nurses said when they were begging people to take precautions against COVID to give them a break from the onslaught.

Sorry but this sudden concern about nurses just rings a bit hollow to me

Not my choice, I have no say in the matter. I just support the rights of businesses to make these sorts of decisions.

Did you read it? They did not halt the mandate, all they halted, according ot the article, is a plans to place employees who submit exemption requests from its COVID-19 vaccine requirement on unpaid leave.

That is all, the mandate is still there and people still have to request an exemption, for which there is no guarantee they will receive. If their request for an exemption is not approved, they are still out of a job.

You're not a bright one kid. The "mandate" is temporarily halted because they aren't putting them on leave. I truly dislike liars such as yourself.

No, the mandate is not halted, they are just giving them a chance to argue for an exemption. The mandate still stands for anyone not asking for an exemption.

As for you calling me a lair, it is not my fault your IQ is lower than your shoe size and you cannot even understand what your read....so go fuck yourself

That's not true. That is a lie you tell yourself. If you don't stand against Evil, then that Evil is accounted to you on Judgement Day.

It is not enough to say, "none of my business". God says it is.

Wrong there bucko!

Many of us were concerned years ago about the negative impact Obamacare would have on medical profession and treatments.

You over look that about 95%+/- of those covid patients also have co-morbidity conditions that aggravate their reactions to getting covid.

I'm not against covid vaccines as a matter of personal choice. You want to get the jab, take it. I'm against something this new and not fully tested or vetted being forced/mandated.

It's not just the medical profession impacted here. Many government workers are also getting this mandate and in cases like my oldest son whom works in Immigration and has health issues that could give adverse reaction, the mandate of get the vaccine or lose your employment is not only an infringement upon his Rights and Liberties, but also an agenda that will backfire when governments and businesses become even more understaffed and fail to deliver the services they should.

While your at it, care to tell us why Federal Postal Workers are exempted from the mandate? After all, they are one class of guv'mint workers with the largest element of public contact in terms of persons they deal with and material they handle.

Here is my exemption. I say stick the vaccine up your ass. I am not taking it.

A private business making rules people they give a salary to is not evil.
