The United States Air Force stroke a Syrian Army camp in Deir Ezzor, a violent battlefield, were the IS is attempting to break through the Syrian defenses since a long time now, a Syrian military source declared. The Syrian government called the attack a blatant aggression and obstacle to the government´s fight against terrorism. SOHR also reported a strike on the Syrian Army but could not say, whether the strike has been carried out by the USAF or another coalition airforce.
The US declared, the Syrian Army was not targeted but ISIS oil infrastructure and there was "no indication any Syrian soldiers were near our strikes."
One soldier has been killed, another six were wounded.
The strike marks the second mysterious incident after the declaration that Syrian S-300 AA-systems are currently being deployed.

“Syria strongly condemns the act of aggression by the US-led coalition that contradicts the UN Charter on goals and principles. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sent letters to the UN Secretary General and the UN Security Council,” Syria's SANA news agency quoted the country's foreign ministry as saying.

The US-led coalition’s airstrikes in Syria are in fact illegal, as it has never received permission from Syrian President Bashar Assad to enter the country’s airspace. In response to the UK’s decision to join the bombing campaign in Syria, Assad reiterated in an interview with the Sunday Times that the presence of Britain in Syria is unlawful as neither Damascus nor the United Nations have given London the green light to bomb Syrian territory. Looks like the coalition is bombing everyone but ISIS-terrorists. Now, they struck Eastern Syria again, just hours after they attacked an army camp, killing 26 civilians and wounding dozens.

"The U.S. led Anti-ISIS Coalition has struck again in eastern Syria; this time, bombing the small, but crowded town of Al-Khan in the Al-Hasakah Governorate after bombing the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) soldiers combatting the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) terrorists at the village of ‘Ayyash in the Deir Ezzor countryside.

According to a local monitoring group in the Al-Hasakah Governorate, the U.S. led Anti-ISIS Coalition’s warplanes struck the village of Al-Khan in the Al-Hawl countryside, killing as many as 26 civilians, while also wounded dozens of others in what appears to be a poorly planned bombing campaign in eastern Syria.


The day before they killed 26 civilians in Al-Khan, the U.S. led Anti-ISIS Coalition killed 3 soldiers from the Syrian Arab Army’s 137th Brigade of the 17th Tank Division inside the village of ‘Ayyash in northern Deir Ezzor, marking the first time that the Coalition air forces have bombed the pro-government soldiers.

The U.S. military officials have denied responsibility for the bombing in Deir Ezzor, while also placing blame on the Russian Air Force; however, they stated they will investigate the allegations regarding the Al-Khan bombing that killed 26 civilians.

This is not the first time the U.S. led Coalition has killed civilians in Syria: earlier this year, the U.S. struck several civilian populated areas in the Al-Raqqa Governorate after alleging they were specifically targeting ISIS."

“Russian aircraft were not on a mission in that area. All our flights in Syrian airspace are coordinated with air traffic control and the General Staff of the Syrian government’s armed forces,” Major General Igor Konashenkov, a Defense Ministry spokesman, said, adding that Russia always informs the US about the time, altitudes and routes of its aircraft in Syrian airspace.

“Pentagon officials said that on December 6, American aircraft were operating in that area, but striking a target some 55 kilometers away from the [affected Syrian] installation is true to an extent. But it’s not the complete truth,”Konashenkov stressed.

“Two pairs of warplanes from two other countries, members of the US-led international anti-ISIS coalition, were operating in the Deir ez-Zor area on the day of the attack,”Major-General Konashenkov said. “If they were not involved in that airstrike, than why are the Pentagon’s representatives, as leaders of the anti-ISIS coalition, hushing up the presence of their allies aircraft in the Deir ez-Zor region on December 6? Isn’t it because the [anti-ISIS] coalition air force gets all the information on Islamic State targets in Syria from the Pentagon?”General Konashenkov asked.

“I’m sure, very soon we’ll learn who really inflicted the airstrike on the Syrian troops, as soon as the Syrian authorities make public the results of the investigation of that incident and the type of munitions used in the airstrike,”the Russian Defense Ministry’s spokesman said.

Damascus says the airstrike against Syrian troop positions was carried out by the US-led coalition.
