The Greatest presidents in American History, or at least viewed as such, with or without merit as the case may be based on historical importance.

George Washington, NOT of the Private Sector, was a one of the founders of the USA.

Abraham Lincoln, NOT of the Private Sector, Saved the Union, Delivered justice, and freed the slaves.

Theodore Roosevelt, NOT of the Private Sector, Created the ideal working standards that have only recently been destroyed.

Franklin Roosevelt, NOT of the Private Sector, World War 2 President, and the New Deal to relieve poverty and Unemployment.

Harry Truman, Slightly OF the Private Sector, and Ended World War 2 IN VICTORY, and continued the policies of FDR.

Dwight Eisenhower, NOT of the Private Sector, was the 2nd president of the Cold War and the First to take American action in it.

William "Bill" Clinton, NOT of the Private Sector, greatly repaired the economy after the damage caused by Gerald Ford, George Bush Senior and Ronald Reagan

The worst presidents in American history post industrial age.

Calvin Coolidge, a Republican and of the Private Sector, Policies caused the crash of 29 and the Great Depression.

Herbert Hoover, a Republican, of the Private Sector, Supported the Prohibition of Alcohol which caused massive social problems and created a market for alcohol no less dangerous than prison hooch, or toilet wine as they now apparently call it.
And continued the Great Depression with bad economic policy.

Richard Nixon, a Republican Killed the economy, and policies that caused massive inflation, responsible for the prices that are commonplace throughout the world today and marked the end of our civilian friendship with France and the British Commonwealth although much more so in France.

Gerald Ford, Slightly of the Private Sector, a Republican.
Policies that Continued the inflation and caused high unemployment.

Ronald Reagan, The absolute worst president that America has EVER HAD, by far, by a country mile.
RRIVATE SECTOR REPUBLICAN.
Policies that was in support of Apartheid South Africa, Policies that shaped the modern republican party of today based on economic policies developed with the help of MILTON FRIEDMAN the worst economist there has ever been, with the worst economic theories ever devised post industrial age, and the worst economic advisor to any US president in American History... Milton Friedman.
Policies that Caused the 2nd worst economic downturn since the crash of 1929, violated people's constitutional rights to organize, and eliminated the long standing, GOOD workplace politics of THEODORE ROOSEVELT, and severely damaged the New Deal created under FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT, and gutted education, and made the rich far more powerful than what they ever were compared to the rest of America, and helped to KILL people living with HIV faster than they would have died back then, normally, and created the concept of "Deregulation" that works to kill the American Economy.

George W Bush. Private Sector, Republican.
Responsible for the economic downturn of 2008, the worst economic recession since the Great Depression and the unproductive war on terror against the wrong people against UN, CIA and FBI advice.

As governor of Texas, George W Bush overseen the Execution of the only guilty person, guilty of Murder, that I would personally have given clemency to.

Her name ? Karla Faye Tucker.
