How so..............spell it out.........While they are in NATO..........it's not a threat............you are proposing another War ..............sorry.......not gonna happen unless they force it.......I know who the Turks are............and don't trust them farther than I can throw them...........Erdogan is a POS..............but the facts are the facts......they are a member of NATO............and control the STRATEGIC STRAITS to the Black Sea...........a major choke point for Russia.............we go against them.......they will turn to Russia...........they would then allow deep water Russian capital ships there............DA turks is not our friends------they need "handling" ----most of
all, they do not NEED Erdogan
That is not in our Strategic self interest for the Med.

The problem is that the situation is so screwed up no one really knows what to do there.........the Middle East is quicksand to everyone that has ever been there........has always ended badly there.............We abandoned the Kurds once & they came back & fought with us again, have no answer to what to do, just stating a fact.
No one has ever really figured it out including Ghandi..........No one ever wins there but the under taker.

The Serbs were one of the staunchest allies of the U.S. during WW2 and Bill Clinton blew them to hell in his little one sided war against Yugoslavia when he was literally caught with his pants down. Nobody on the left (or right) complained at the time but today they are outraged that a republican president decided that the "Kurds" aren't worth defending with American blood. Go figure.

We shouldn’t have been supporting them, or ANY ITHER foreign faction in SNY foreign conflict. We need the troops and money we are wasting outside our borders here at home.
