Weisselberg Indicted

Update please. Is Trump in cuffs yet?
No. Do why don’t y’all stop falsely saying that they’re going after Trump.
Wait. What? Vance hasn’t been going after Trump? Explain why he needed Trump’s tax returns, Fuckstick?
You are a fucking joke.
Because those records demonstrated that Weisselberg committed tax fraud.
So you really want to try to sell that Vance has been going after Weisselberg all this time instead of Trump?

Like I said, you are a fucking joke.
He was going after evidence of crimes and he has found plenty.

Now we know why Trump was trying to hide his records for so long.
You are a hack moron.

Tell us again he wasn’t going after Trump.:laughing0301:
If he’s going after Trump, why hasn’t he charged him?
Everything in Trump's tax return was audited by the IRS. Indicting him would mean going to battle with the IRS.
That seems to be their “strategy”. Trying to paint the state and federal tax agents as idiots who missed things. That won’t go over well.
They’re not idiots. They’re just massively underfunded and not interested in digging too deeply.
That’s pathetic even for you. The IRS under Obozo was not interested in digging into potential tax mistakes by somebody they don’t like? Laughable.
Was Weisselberg ever audited by the IRS?

Never happened? Trump admitted it at his rally.

Guilty conscience maybe.
Please quote him.

He admitted nothing, moron. He simply paraphrased the charges Vance made against his employees.

Hahaha! Sure buddy. Dude admitted it. He didn’t pay taxes on his car or his apartment. Then claimed to not have any idea that this is taxable income.

What a dope.

No he didn't, jackass.

If you are working in another city near the client, your company will pay for an apartment for you to live. know a number of people who have experienced this. This isn't income. It's a business expense.

Right!
Except that’s not what happened, jackass. This wasn’t temporary housing. Weisselberg worked in New York City for decades.

If it's near his client and not near his home, then it's a business expense.

Link?

They aren't criminals, jackass.
Weisselberg sure looks like a tax cheater. Cohen is a felon. Manafort is straight up corrupt. Banon was about to be nailed for stealing from a charity. Stone is a scumbag and convicted felon.

Shall we go on?
You want a list of Dem lawbreakers you hack? Not one thing mentioned there has anything to do with Trump.
Dem lawbreakers aren’t the topic of the thread here. Weisselberg certainly has something to do with Trump. Wouldn’t you say?
YOU brought up people who aren’t the topic. You sound scared to see the huge list of Dem lawbreakers.
Trump is the topic. I mentioned that he gets a lot of attention from law enforcement as he has surrounded himself with criminals.

That’s his problem, not mine.
Trump is the topic?
might wanna read the title again.

What a dope.

Liar. You’re looking dumber and dumber by the post.

Trump supposedly knows more about the tax code than anyone else but can’t figure out that the benefits he was paying to Weisselberg should be taxed.

He’s a complete idiot.

No, you’re the idiot as usual. Trump is not responsible for claiming these things moron. The fact that you cheer an elderly white man (R) being politically persecuted and ignore a black race hustler (D) committing worse crimes tells us all we need to to know about you.

Trump’s organization was part of the fraud. Weisselberg was CFO after all.

The clip from Trump’s rally is hilarious. Dude expresses confusion that his fringe benefits paid to Weisselberg would be taxed. Like, how stupid is he?

So now the organization is responsible for individual tax returns. So CNN and MSNBC and Al Sharpton’s entire network of people are now responsible for his fraud. Vance better get to work prosecuting them.

CFO of a big corporation with his kind of returns. I’m sure the IRS never looked at his returns carefully. (Eye roll) smh

There are no charges against Trump. Weisselberg is charged with not paying taxes on occasionally driving a company car. Do you really think he will spend half his life in jail because he drove a company car?

It is a lot more than just an occasional company car. The indictment alleges that the company kept 2 sets of book to hide all the money and other "benefits" given to Weisselberg.

One of the items was pay the tuition of of his family members at a private school.

Weisselberg was also paid end of year money which he claimed on a 1099, even though he was an employee. To the tune of $400k a year for 8 years.

The total amount is $1.7 million. Hardly a "he used a company car" kind of thing.
NO, it’s exactly that. These cases are not tried criminally. They go to civil court and result in a fine. Period. Alleges 2 sets of books. So you have nothing there. Parading an elderly man around in handcuffs just to try to look tough. That’s pathetic. By the way Al Sharpton has lied on taxes for over a decade, owing millions of dollars, yet no action against him. A big nothingburger with a side of air fries. Enjoy.
That this is political theater is that Weiselberg appeared voluntarily. They put him in handcuffs only for the cameras.

As CFO, he was able to control the bookkeeping that enabled him to reap his fringe benefits.

The fact is that we all do it. Maybe a few hundred for normal folk but a few million for them.
So it’s okay to defraud the government for a few million because they’re rich?
When did I say it is OK? I only said leftist dolts tried hard not to look stupid.
You said it’s not that bad.
Actually, he is not that bad, less than a million per year.
It's really not....actually less then $100K...had he not been tied to Trump, and Vance and the Dems not weaponized the Executive against political rivials....ie if this was normal, there would be no charges.

The Feds aren't even touching this...how it normally would work is the tax agency accountants would contact his accountants and they'd argue over why this wasn't paid, or why this was deducted...etc....and maybe they make a settlement on what's owed....but this is the new Fascist DNC, that for five years weaponized the executive in NY to go after Trump, his family, and his company...and all they got, even after going all the way to the Supreme Court, is that his CFO didn't claim the car the company leased for him as income...wow...just wow.
Wrong. Over a million in unpaid Taxes
over 15 years....do the math bro...come on man

and the taxes are on fringe benefits...this sort of case is unprecedented in criminal context
Dude. If you employer gives you something of value it is taxable. I know. I paid tax on a company car for years. This creep owed over a million in that kind of tax
Not true. My company pays for up to 100% of the cost of a cell phone. Is that taxable?
Technically, the % of personal usage would be a taxable benefit.

They aren't criminals, jackass.

They have never asked. You have to have a cell phone on you at all times so you can be contacted.

Hope so.
And all because of your irrational, unbridled hate for TRUMP!. Sad.
All because of trump's disgusting behavior.
And you didn't know Weisselberg from your elbow until you saw his name in a story, yet you're perfectly willing to wish him devastation and destruction. You don't know him, he did nothing to you or anyone you know, yet here you are, figuratively picking up the first stone before a trial has even commenced. That's really sad. Brings to mind the Queen of Hearts, "Sentence first—verdict afterwards".
It might come as a surprise to you, but I don't know the vast majority of criminals who have charges filed on them. I always want them to pay for the crimes they committed though. In this case, he aided trump in his unethical and illegal dealings. I'll be cheering for the prosecution.
Okay, so he may have committed was maybe not declaring some things on his taxes, and for that you want to put him in prison for the rest of his life. Remember, you said "crimes they committed", and quite frankly, not declaring some things on taxes don't warrant being in prison for the rest of your life. If others charged with the same thing pay a fine and be done with it, so should he.
Not declaring something on your taxes is one thing. Participating in a systematic scheme to steal from the taxes over years is something totally different. Weisselberg was instrumental in corrupt dealings for a long time. Don't try to pretend he just accidentally screwed up on his taxes
All you're doing is changing the label. Many people do not declare things on their taxes. I've had the IRS notify me numerous times that I didn't declare something. All they did is bill me for the additional amount I owed.

You progs NAZs are so desperate to make these accusations sound like some kind of heinous crime when most people know from personal experience that they aren't.

Keeping two sets of books shows it was not an accident.
