I'm sure many cameras did not survive...but they were broadcasting (not publicly) and the broadcast was recorded from a far-off location.

Also, back then, they didn't have all the photoshop goodies that they have today.

I think they happened. But this Joe Rogan clip reminded me that these videos DID always seem fake. You gotta admit the scenes look like miniature models

Apparently ... we're still recycling old WWII warships off the bottom of the ocean ... the steel in these ships was smelted before July 19th, 1945 ... all steel smelted after July 19th, 1945, is contaminated with Cesium-135 ...

Because of nuclear testing and their use in war ...

Look at the craters ... do you seriously suggest someone digging these? ... and how'd they vaporize the tailings? ...
