What brings you peace?

Mellow music and my puppies I suppose. I can't meditate for the life of me. I always get weird stuff going through my head, including grocery lists when I try to meditate. lol

Yeah. That can happy to me too.
Being at usmb is not peaceful lately and its only going to get worse what with the world in the shape its in...so looking at pretty pics helps too.
