I keep hearing that Trump is going to renegotiate our trade deals so we get a better deal. What exactly do these better deals look like? What are we getting from them? What's different than we have right now?

You can't pay your workers below a certain wage.
Your workers can't work for more than 36 hours at a clip.
Workers have to receive more benefits than being trapped at FoxConn and wanting to commit suicide.

No customer service or White Collar professional work done for America can be performed outside the 50 States.
99% of Business Visas can't come from a nation that can't sustain the growth of it's own Middle Class.

That's for starters.

Does the left even freaking understand when it's a bad freaking, really bad deal? Hussein gave away the store in a nuke deal with Iran and then they kidnapped U.S. Sailors and Hussein airlifted about 40 Billion in cash and Swiss bonds and Euros in another "deal" that he claimed wasn't ransom. An inner city street wise eleven year old kid could have negotiated a better deal than Hussein did. Imagine what a deal maker like Trump could do.

Hope you have enjoyed the learned input….lol

Each trade agreement is somewhat different, but under NAFTA, for example, Mexico is free to lure US companies to move down there with promises of tax breaks just as Georgia might try to lure companies to move there from Michigan or Ohio. Ford Motor Company is in the process of moving its whole small car manufacturing program to Mexico partly because of tax incentives, partly because of lower wages, partly because they won't have to any social welfare taxes like SS or unemployment insurance, partly because there are no labor protection laws, partly because there are very lax environmental regulations, and they will be taking thousands of good paying jobs with them.

If we renegotiate NAFTA or withdraw from it, and possibly withdraw from the WTO, we will be able to impose tariffs on certain goods made in Mexico with the intent to export them to the US to the extent it will be uneconomical for companies like Ford to move their production and take their jobs down there.

If lefties can't figure out what a bad deal looks like how can they possibly criticize somebody who is in the deal making business?

And you’d be okay with China dictating what your boss can pay you?
